FURIOUS Jedward have lashed out at Simon Cowell for “deleting their legacy” by removing their single from streaming platforms.

Jedward — John and Edward Grimes — shot to fame on X Factor in 2009, despite Simon describing them as “not very good and incredibly annoying” at the time.

Furious twins Jedward lashed out at Simon Cowell on Twitter last night for ‘deleting their legacy’ by removing their single from streaming platforms

But they went on to release nine singles including a mash-up of Queen’s Under Pressure and Vanilla Ice’s Ice Ice Baby.

Last night, the 28-year-old twins used Twitter as they blasted their former record label boss, writing: “Yo @SimonCowell and @SonyMusicUK

“Why have you removed our Iconic 1st single Under Pressure Ice Ice baby from all streaming Platforms and deleted the official music video?

“That’s our legacy! we’re outraged it’s part of Pop culture! We demand a response!”

Simon discovered Jedward on The X Factor but said he found them ‘annoying’

Outraged fans backed the Irish singers as one said: “Its been 10 years and was Number 1 for weeks, the Jepic Grandkids need to be able to stream and download Ice Ice baby – wow we are all under pressure now”

One more raged: “They should have at least let them know. Its human decency.”

And another gutted fan wrote: “Thats awful, that was your first single they need to put it back”

HOAR Online has contacted Simon’s rep for comment.

The quiff-loving duo entered the CBB house after finding fame on X Factor

The twins’ outburts comes after the pair have kept a relativity low profile lately.

There last big gig was in 2017 when they appeared on Celebrity Big Brother

Reality TV fans will know Jedward from their two appearances on the show.

They also took part in the 2008 series, during which they made friends with Sharknado’s Tara Reid.

They have also fronted TV shows Jedward’s Big Adventure and OMG! Jedward’s Dream Factory, while making cameos in Keith Lemon: The Film and Sharknado 3.
