This morning, Katy and Orlando Bloom revealed they had welcomed their first child together – a daughter called Daisy.

The Britain’s Got Talent judge, who henceforth needs to be known as Mystic Mandy, made the extraordinary guess during an interview.

Chatting to Katy, 35, via video-link on her Heart radio show, the 49-year-old said: “I like Daisy Bloom.

“The surname of Bloom and daisies and flowers. And Perry-Bloom is a great hyphen. Daisy Perry-Bloom.”

Firework singer Katy is unable to disguise her shock, looking wide eyed with surprise before managing to compose herself.

Amanda posted the footage on Instagram writing: “I love @katyperry ’s face when I correctly predict her baby’s name back in June 😂.”

Fans were staggered, with one writing: “Omg like!!! How random to even guess correctly.”

Another insisted she could have cashed in on her hunch, writing: “You should’ve gone to the bookies with that one 👍🏻💴.”

Last night Katy, 35, and Orlando, 43, proudly announced the arrival of their newborn.

Making the announcement on the Unicef website, the parents gushed: “We are floating with love and wonder from the safe and healthy arrival of our daughter.

“But we know we’re the lucky ones and not everyone can have a birthing experience as peaceful as ours was.

“Communities around the world are still experiencing a shortage of healthcare workers and every 11 seconds a pregnant woman or newborn dies, mostly from preventable causes.”

It is the second child for Orlando, who was previously married to Australian model Miranda Kerr and has a nine-year-old son called Flynn with her.
