DANCING On Ice star Joey Essex has revealed he’s suffered a skating injury – just one day before the show.
The former Towie star, 32, posted a picture of him laid out on a bed with his leg wrapped up.
He added a large graphic of an ice skate cutting across his lower leg.
Reality titan Joey wrote: “Had better days…” without offering any further information.
The post raises questions about whether the star will be fit to perform in the Sunday night ITV show.
Dancing on Ice returns to ITV tomorrow night at 6.30pm – with six couples still left in the competition.
Joey and pro partner Vanessa Bauer, 26 – who recently enjoyed a countryside date together – are among them.
HOAR revealed last month that the pair, who have long denied any romance between them, were seen kissing by co-stars.
It is said they locked lips in the backstage marquee area where the Dancing on Ice cast and crew gathered after the show.
A source said: “There was nothing friendly about these kisses, if you get what I mean. Good on them!”
The other partnerships still left in the competition include Carley Stenson and Mark Hanretty, Darren Harriott and Tippy Packard, and The Vivienne and Colin Grafton.
Mollie Gallagher and Sylvain Longchambon and Nile Wilson and Olivia Smart complete the line-up.
