A DANCING on Ice star was shocked to learn she has become a heart-throb after starring in the skating show.
The hit ITV show returned to our screens last month with a string of top celebrities.
Now it has been revealed EastEnders legend Patsy Palmer has been bombarded with dating offers – following one of her most memorable performances.
She danced to Defying Gravity from Wicked and Patsy was painted green just like Elphaba from the show.
Her pro partner Matt Evers, who made history in the show’s first same-sex couple, praised Patsy, who, at 50 is this series’ oldest star.
He said: “How awesome did Patsy look for the Wicked performance? I think she actually wants to be permanently green now! she got so many messages from fans saying, ‘I fancied you before, but I fancy you even more because you were green!’
Speaking in his Best magazine column, Matt added: “It’s pretty funny, but she did look incredible.”
EastEnders fans rejoiced as Patsy won the skate-off last week.
The actress and DJ was up against Love Island favourite Ekin-Su who was sadly sent home.
Patsy lives an incredible life in America with her famous kids.
It’s a far cry from her party days in the noughties.
Yet she now lives an idyllic life in Malibu, just west of Los Angeles, where her days are filled with yoga, meditation, walking and family time.
She told HOAR last year: “I’ve done so much work around it, I’ve had so much therapy and now I feel my life is more balanced than it’s ever been.”
Patsy married London cabbie Richard Merkell in 2000.
They went on to have three children – Fenton, 20, Emilia, 19, and nine-year-old Bertie – and moved to Malibu from Brighton in 2014 where Patsy took up DJ-ing.
