Chadwick married longtime love Taylor Simone Ledward before he passed away at the age of 43.
Taylor is a singer who graduated with a degree in Music Industry Studies from California State Polytechnic University Pomona in 2014.
She was the lead singer of the school’s jazz band at university.
She also once auditioned to be on The X Factor, according to some reports.
The couple maintained a private relationship since they were rumoured to have been engaged back in October 2019.
The last time that the couple was spotted together in public was when they sat in courtside seats at the NBA All-Star Game six months ago.
While accepting the award for Outstanding Actor in a Motion Picture, Chadwick thanked his wife during his acceptance speech, saying: “Simone, you’re with me every day. I have to acknowledge you right now. Love you.”
She mouthed back the words, “I love you.”
Taylor was by his side in his final moments along with close members of his family as he passed away at home.

It’s unclear when the couple were married but are thought to have tied to knot while Chadwick was harbouring a secret heath battle.

Chadwick’s family confirmed the beloved movie star’s tragic passing on Twitter and revealed he had first been diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer in 2016 – two years before the release of his Marvel blockbuster.
His passing comes following months of fans worrying for the Marvel star’s health after he was pictured with drastic weight loss.
The disease escalated to stage 4 over the last four years, his family said.
