I’M A Celebrity viewers have threatened to switch off for the final few days of the show after Boy George’s shock elimination last night.

The Culture Club singer became the fourth contestant to leave camp and his fans fear the programme is going to be all the more dull for it.

Boy George’s eviction has some believing the show will become boring
George is the fourth campmate to be voted out

One wrote on Twitter: “#Imacelebnot worth watchingnow @BoyGeorge is out- he was great to watch – I don’t trust the phone vote on here. If Hancock wins, we know that something is very amiss.”

Another posted: “It’s going to be a boring show without George that’s for sure. He was the only person in there with any edge. Going to be s**t now. Just Owen talking about food and the others nodding. Oh and Sean bitching about everything too. #ImACeleb.“

A third said: “That’s it for me lol. Now the scene is set for the most boring last week in the jungle ever. More cockroaches thrown in different ways on the zero character nobodies left in the camp? Nah… me neither #imaceleb back to #corrie.”

The 61-year-old landed in the bottom two alongside Chris Moyles and received the lowest number of public votes to be sent home.

Charlene White, Scarlette Douglas and Sue Cleaver were all eliminated before him.

Speaking afterwards, George said: “I am sort of ready. I’ve had an amazing time, I did a lot of things I never thought I would do. I’m sort of excited to see my sister.”

According to PaddyPower former England football captain Jill Scott is the favourite to win with odds of 11/10.

She is no stranger to winning trophies, having been part of the Lionesses’ victorious Euro 2022 squad in July 2022.

Hot on her heels with odds of 7/5 is Hollyoaks actor Owen Warner.

The odds are currently stacked against comedian Babatunde Aleshe, who is tipped at 175/1.
