HELEN Flanagan gave a candid glimpse of the morning after the night before as she delighted fans with her down-to-earth Instagram content.
The I’m A Celeb star, 32 – who recently split with ex fiance Scott Sinclair – initially uploaded a very busty snap showing her ready for a night on the town.
She wore a latex-look bandeau top and styled her blonde hair in bouncy waves.
Helen finished off her glam look with thick black mascara and hooped earrings, flashing a peace sign to the camera before her night out.
Yet just a few hours later, she uploaded an updated image showing her blonde hair messy, make-up smudged and a sleepy smile as she woke up.
The former Coronation Street actress wore a black hoodie and covered her mouth with her hand as she posed for the snap.
In her caption, she wrote: “How the night begins… the morning after.”
Her fans were quick to react with one writing: “Sign of a good night.”
Another put: “This is when you know it’s been a good night,” as a third confessed: “Hahaha dying.”
One then put: “Loving the bed head xx”
Recently Helen broke her silence on co-parenting with ex Scott following their split.
Helen who shares sweet kids Matilda, eight, Delilah, five, and Charlie, two with Bristol Rovers footballer Scott, 34, refreshingly said the co-parenting is ‘pretty drama-free.
Helen exclusively said: “I co-parent with Scott. We were together for a long time. So he lives with his mum in Bristol and I live in Manchester with the kids. I get on really well with Scott’s mum.
“I was with Scott aged 19-31, so that’s why I get on so well with his mum. So honestly it makes my life so easy because we hang out together. It’s really nice. It’s pretty drama free as I get on really well with her.
“The kids see their dad all the time, they see their nana a lot. We’re always in Birmingham a lot to meet with the kids half way.”
