I’M A Celebrity always draws in a line-up of big named stars.

But while some celebs get paid HUGE amounts, others get much smaller pay packets.

I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here is back in Australia after two years

How much are the 2022 I’m A Celebrity cast paid?

Celebrities can be expected to make anything from £30,000 to £600,000 for their time on I’m A Celeb, depending on how famous and well-known they are.

The celebrities get paid a flat fee for appearing on the show and don’t receive more for avoiding elimination for longer – even if they win the whole thing.

The line-up for 2022 is the wealthiest yet with a combined fortune of over £76million.

Here we take a look at how much each celebrity is paid…

Boy George

English singer Boy George is the highest-paid campmate ever

Boy George will be the highest-paid campmate to appear in this year’s series of I’m A Celebrity jungle.

The popular music star has reportedly secured a £500,000 appearance fee.

Boy George rose to fame in the 80s with the band Culture Club as its lead singer.

Due to his continuous success, he is now worth a staggering £43.8 million.

Matt Hancock

How Matt Hancock may look on I’m A Celeb

Matt Hancock will be making a staggering sum from his stint in the I’m A Celebrity jungle, an expert has claimed.

HOAR revealed how former Health Secretary is one of two latecomers to join the ITV hit.

PR expert Mark Borkowski estimated Matt could have been paid a £350,000 I’m A Celebrity appearance fee.

The politician is thought to be donating a slice of the cash to a charity in his West Suffolk constituency.

Mark told the Mail: “They paid Noel Edmonds £500,000 and that was a top booking. Either Hancock is desperate for the visibility or the money… if it’s the money I’d expect £350,000.”

Mike Tindall

Mike Tindall is the first ever royal on I’m a Celeb

Mike Tindall is the ITV show’s first-ever Royal Family contestant and is rumoured to have been paid up to £150,000 for his appearance.

The former England rugby player, who is married to the late Queen’s granddaughter Zara Tindall, was seen at Brisbane Airport in the early hours of October 28.

Before going into quarantine ahead of the series, he told HOAR at the airport he’d struggle being apart from Zara and their three children with no communication.

But already focused on the show’s tricky tasks to win food, he said: “I want to win stars because I want to eat.”

Tindall is said to have £15.7million, thanks to brand partnerships, sports deals and his The Good, The Bad & The Rugby podcast.

Chris Moyles

Chris Moyles is among the top three most paid celebs entering the jungle

Chris Moyles has secured a £250k pay packet for his appearance on the show.

I’m A Celeb hosts Ant and Dec have been keen to get the DJ on board for over a decade so it’s no surprise bosses pulled out all the stops.

Chris admitted he would struggle on the show because of his crippling fear of heights.

“I just wouldn’t be good on I’m a Celeb because we had Tiff’s niece last week and we took her to Go Ape, you know the treetop adventure place?

“I papped myself and I realised I’m more scared of heights than I actually genuinely thought I was, and I knew I was scared of heights.”

The DJ, who now hosts a show on Radio X, has an estimated net worth of £8 million.

Jill Scott

Lionesses Jill Scott is ready to swap football for swigging fish guts.

A TV insider said: “Jill became an instant star following that memorable moment, with most Brits forgiving the minor outburst.”

“It was always rumoured that ITV wanted one of the team in the jungle and Jill is a natural choice.”

While it is unknown how much she has gotten paid for I’m a Celeb, The midfielder has an estimated net worth of £4 million.

Olivia Attwood

Olivia Attwood is the first ever Love Island star to enter the show

Olivia Attwood, who starred in the ITV2 reality dating series Love Island in 2017, will make history as the first Islander to appear on the jungle-based show.

A TV insider said: “This is a sign that the dating favourite is now so big and produces figures with such high profiles that they can no longer be dismissed.

“Olivia is already viewed as a rising star on ITV and this is likely to serve as a launchpad for potentially fronting more mainstream shows with the broadcaster.”

The 31-year-old was one of the biggest stars to emerge from Love Island, after pairing up with Chris Hughes, 29, in 2017, and went on to feature in ITVBe’s Towie.

The blonde beauty has an estimated net worth of £1.2 million.

Sue Cleaver

Sue Cleaver has reportedly received a big sum to appear in the show

Corrie actress Sue Cleaver has agreed to take part after ITV bosses offered her a bumper pay packet.

A source said: “Sue is a very much-loved Street legend and the bosses are delighted to have her as part of the line-up this year.

“She will be a brilliant addition, and is looking forward to really pushing out of her comfort zone and challenging herself in the jungle.”

Sue shot to fame on Victoria Wood’s Dinner Ladies back in the 90s.

The actress has an estimated net worth of £1 million.

Scarlette Douglas

Scarlette Douglas is set to become a household name

Property Guru and presenter Scarlette Douglas is ready to tackle a very different type of accommodation.

A TV insider said: “Scarlette has what it takes to become a big household name like Stacey Solomon and Joel Dommett after her time in the Jungle.

“She has proved to be a hit amongst viewers following the success of her property shows and there is no doubt that she will be inundated with offers for more telly gigs.”

The 35-year-old quit her job hosting A Place in the Sun in August 2022 after seven years to focus on a new property series for Channel 4, Worst House on the Street.

The presenter has an estimated net worth of £1 million.

Owen Warner

Owen Warner is currently favourite to win I’m A Celeb

Hollyoaks actor Owen Warner was one of the first stars to sign up for the series.

Owen, who has played Romeo Nightingale in the Channel 4 soap since 2018, is the current favourite to be crowned King of the Jungle in the newest series of I’m A Celebrity.

A telly source said: “Owen is so excited to be in the mix. He’s never done anything like this, and it would catapult his profile to a new level.

“His abs are on-point so he wouldn’t be shy about showing off his bod.”

The actor has an estimated net worth of £500k.

Charlene White

Charlene White will bring her big personality to the jungle

Loose Women star Charlene, who has been an anchor on the daytime show since 2021, is ready to rumble in the jungle.

An ITV source said: “Charlene is a great signing for the show.

“She’s got some strong opinions, but is really personable and will be good value around the Aussie campfire.

“They hope her journalistic background means she will eke out some illuminating conversations from her campmates, which shouldn’t be hard given some of the people she’ll be sleeping in a bunk next to.

“Seann and Boy George for example both have a very colourful background so viewers should expect a proper grilling from Charlene.”

The journalist has an estimated net worth of £500k.

Babatunde Aléshé

Babatunde Aléshé is set to become a household name after I’m A Celeb

Known for appearing on Celebrity Gogglebox alongside comedian and friend Mo Gilligan, Babatunde is ready for the jungle.

An insider told HOAR: “Bosses are really excited to have Babatunde in the mix. He’s become a firm favourite with Celebrity Gogglebox viewers and producers reckon he’ll be a great campmate.

“He’s been doing stand-up for years but it’s his banter and constant one-liners with best mate Mo on Celebrity Gogglebox that really impressed the casting team. It’s a great opportunity for him to head to the jungle.”

The funnyman’s net worth is currently unknown.

But according to a report, A TV insider said that celebs on Gogglebox are earning a whopping £2,000 per episode, along with expenses paid for all of their food and drink.
