I’M A Celeb fans reckon they’ve figured out why Boy George was so negative about the campmates’ games last night.
The singer was watching the stars happily playing What’s The Time Mr Wolf, when he snarled: “B****cks, Mr Wolf.”
He rejected Seann Walsh‘s claim that is was “nice” that everyone is getting along saying: “People aren’t being themselves and I can see it.”
The singer, 61, added: “I feel like I’m at a party I’m not invited to.”
However, several fans remarked that the reason Boy George could have been so down on the game is because he wasn’t asked to play.
One I’m A Celeb viewer wrote: “George is just salty that he wasn’t invited to play mr wolf.”
Another tweeted: “Boy George tbh you probs would never be invited anyway.”
Others said Seann, who was up above the came with the singer, just wanted to join in with the game.
One viewer posted: “Poor Seann bet he wishes he joined in with whats the time Mr Wolf than listening to Boy George whinging… again.”
Another joked: “Seann just wants to play what’s the time mr wolf not listen to George’s bulls**t.”
George told the comedian and former Strictly Come Dancing star: “I feel like I’m at a party I’m not invited to.
“There’s a pressure not to rock that boat and when there’s a pressure to rock the boat, I want to push the boat into the bottom of the ocean. That’s what you do, that’s what creative people do.”
Seann, 36, reasoned: “They’re all playing a game and getting along. That’s nicer than the other option. They’re all having a lovely time.”
Boy George replied: “I’m lacking the stimulation I need. I think all these people would be more fun outside here.
“Sue would be a scream outside here. Mike is much wilder outside here – I’ve read stories. People aren’t being themselves and I can see it.”
What’s The Time Mr Wolf? is a children’s game where one player – the wolf – stands at the front with their back to the others.
The rest of the players then advance by whatever number Mr Wolf says it is. But if they replt “dinner time” the wolf can turn and try to catch one of the other players, who then becomes Mr Wolf.
