I’M A Celebrity star Shane Richie’s son taunted his mum Coleen Nolan after she gushed about how “brilliant” her ex is.
He harshly told the single Loose Women star: “He’s not gonna get back with you though. Chill out.”
Coleen and Shane Jr were talking about the EastEnders legend‘s performance in the castle on his post-show Instagram Live feed, where explosive comments have practically become the norm.
She told her son: “Can I say how proud I am of your dad? I think he’s brilliant, I really do.”
The lad then bluntly replied that Shane would never take him back – at which Coleen looked briefly shocked.
She then giggled before Shane added: “He’s smashing it.”
Coleen and Shane were married from 1990 until 1999 and share 31-year-old Shane and his brother Jake, 28.
The actor – whose real name is Shane Roche – married Christie Goddard in 2007 and the pair had three children together.
The Loose Women star, 55, paid a fulsome tribute to her ex last night, saying: “He’s very funny – well, we know that. He’s really kept his cool.
“I thought he’d have lost his cool by now because he’s like you – he gets bored really easily.”
Shane Jr, who was sharing a house with Coleen but appeared from different rooms, nodded in agreement.
Shane sparked controversy from the early days of his Instagram Live show, when he called his dad’s co-stars “f***ing boring”.
He launched a broadside against Russell Watson and Hollie Arnold, whose name he was unable to remember.
Shane told fans: “You haven’t seen Russell since he’s been in. You haven’t seen MBE face. What’s the name? The paralympian.
“There’s a couple you don’t see a lot of. Do you know why? It’s because they’re f**king boring. Sorry.”
