I’M A Celebrity star Louise Minchin has revealed there was a bitter bust-up in camp that never made it to air.

The former BBC Breakfast star, 53, explained there has been a falling out over the castle chores.

Speaking after she was removed from the series last night, Louise told hosts Ant and Dec: “There’s so much going on, and then we’ve had grumbles today about chores.

“I mean I do a lot of chores, I’m not bothered by chores so I was kind of surprised by that.”

Ant, 46, asked: “Who’s been grumbling today?” She replied: “I think you’ll see. There was really quite a lot of grumbles today.”

Dec, also 46, added with a smile: “Tune in tomorrow, folks.”

Louise went on: “There’s been chore bores today I think.”

Dec told her: “That’s the thing. People think when the cameras are’t rolling you all having fun but you’ve got to get on with the people in there.”

She explained: “I’m a people pleaser but you can’t keep everyone happy all the time.”

Dec joked: “In fact hardly anyone was happy” leaving her laughing: “Was that my fault?”

Many had thought the rows in camp might die down with the departure of music producer Naughty Boy.

During his time in camp the music producer, 40, had arguments with Frankie Bridge and rows with Kadeena Cox over the cooking.

The star also had bust-ups with Adam Woodyatt over the chores and a confrontation with David Ginola for telling him to do a trial.

Louise has revealed she barely ate for five days as she could not bear the show’s rice and beans diet.

The former BBC Breakfast host, 53, said: “It was such an extraordinary experience but those rice and beans.

“I couldn’t eat them for the first five days.  I’ve had fish and chips. I’ve been desperate for any kind of different food but fish and chips had  been on my mind.

“And I’ve had a pile of pancakes this morning with cream and raspberry jam.  I need to settle a bit. I need to rest and eat a lot.” She added that she now needed to work at putting weight back on.

Louise was the fifth celebrity to leave Gwrych Castle after losing the public vote.

The mum-of-two chatted to Kate Garraway and Adil Ray on ITV’s Good Morning Britain, her former show’s rival. She confessed: “Yes, I’m going to be in terrible trouble. I’m just looking at my phone and I expect my former boss to be texting me saying, ‘That’s it, it’s over.”

Louise left BBC Breakfast in September after 20 years and now plans to write a murder mystery novel.
