I’M A Celebrity star Adam Woodyatt has borrowed more than £130,000 from one of his businesses – as he gears up for a costly divorce battle.

Adam took the cash-loan from the recently created Caledfwlch Ltd, HOAR can reveal.

And the 53-year-old, who plays wheeler-dealer Ian Beale in the BBC soap, has landed himself a very good deal.

According to official paperwork registered at Companies House, Woodyatt, who is the sole director of the business, will only be charged interest of 2.5% per year on the loan.

Woodyatt set up Caledfwlch Ltd, which is Welsh for King Arthur’s sword Excalibur, last February.

Just a few months later it was announced he’d split with his wife of 22 years Beverley.

Latest accounts for the business show £245k has run through its tills since it was set up.

He is also linked to two other companies. One is called XL Management Ltd, where Beverley, 56, remains a co-director. The business boasts assets of close to £700,000.

The pair also jointly run Neat Distillery which specialises in rectifying and blending of spirits.

This company has more modest assets of around £10,000.

On August 10 this year applications were made to shut down both businesses. But these applications have since been discontinued.

Our story comes weeks after it emerged Beverley was struggling for cash.

She is also reportedly furious that Adam signed a six-figure deal to appear on the ITV show.

A pal claimed Beverley — mum to their two children — was irate over his deal because she was “struggling financially and relying on handouts”.

She was even said to have been given food parcels by concerned loved ones.

The couple split last summer after 22 years of marriage and their divorce settlement is yet to be finalised.

Adam is one of the favourites to win this year’s I’m A Celebrity.

The ITV series hosted by Ant and Dec also stars singer Frankie Bridge, 32, and ex-footy heartthrob David Ginola, 54, is now back in Gwrych Castle, North Wales, after storms forced it off screen.
