BOY George’s close childhood pal has given him “two to three” days before he raises his gripes with his I’m A Celeb campmate Matt Hancock.

The 80s singer admitted in a chat with the Bush Telegraph: “I don’t even know if I really want to be here” following the arrival of Hancock and Seann Walsh.
He confided in Scarlette Douglas about the emotional reason he feels uncomfortable about being on the show with the former health secretary, revealing it came down to his mum Dinah O’Dowd’s battle with Covid and his inability to be there for her in hospital.
On today’s Lorraine, Boy George’s childhood pal DJ Fat Tony told how he will soon have an “intelligent conversation” with the politician.
Talking to ITV show host Lorraine Kelly, he said: “Knowing George how I know him, I give it two or three days before he expresses his feelings to Matt
“George is one of these people that doesn’t harbour things.
“He will voice it to a few people, and then he will go and confront him [Matt.]”
He added: “He is going to have the conversation the rest of the nation wants.”
Matt has caused huge controversy by landing a bumper deal as a late entry, losing the Conservative Party whip in the process.
Matt, who had to resign as Secretary of State for Health after HOAR exposed him for breaking his own lockdown rules by having an office affair, is the 12th star to go into the jungle.
A petition to ban him from the show reached 44,000 signatures – yet has been to no avail.
It is estimated the dad-of-three will be paid at least £350,000 to appear on I’m A Celebrity.
Fat Tony insisted Boy George will have an “intelligent conversation” with the elected representative and added: “We want an explanation.”
During an emotional segment in last night’s show, Boy George said: “You know, beginning of the pandemic my mum was in hospital. I wasn’t allowed to see her. I thought she was going to die.
“I was tweeting Greenwich hospital going, ‘Please look after my mum.’ I used my name, I was like ‘Please look after my mum.’
“And they did, she was fine… I feel like, I don’t want to be sitting here like I’m having fun with him.
“It’s difficult for me because, you know, had something happened, if my mum had gone, I wouldn’t be here now. I would have gone when he walked in.”
Boy George in the Bush Telegraph then broke down in tears as he reflected on the new arrival.
“If I had lost my mum, I would go,” he said.
“And I feel a little bit selfish, you know, just kind of… everyone’s so nice to him and I was like Jesus, what we gonna do?”
One person who might not be taking Matt to task is Owen Warner.
