Anne took part in the 2018 series of I’m A Celeb

The series was won by football legend Harry Redknapp, and one of Anne’s regrets is that she didn’t spend more time with him while they were stuck in the jungle together.

Anne made the revelation while speaking exclusively to HOAR Online about her quizzing strengths and weaknesses on The Chase.

Anne, who has been part of the ITV show since 2010, said: “Sometimes I think ‘please, please, please let it not be a sports question.

“It’s my weakness, I do try and work on it and I mean I’ve got better, but I’ve started from a really low bar.

“My main regret about being in the jungle is that I didn’t spend more time listening to Harry’s stories. I would have learned such a lot, quite apart from the fact that he’s just such a lovely bloke.”

Anne was also in the jungle with people like Fleur East, Emily Atack, Sair Khan and Nick Knowles.

Asked if she’s still in touch with any of them, Anne replied: “We’ve got our What’s App group but it’s not that active, but it’s still there.

“We’ve said ‘Go Fleur! Smashing it on Strictly‘, things like that.”

While Fleur is tearing up the Strictly dance floor this year, Anne has no intentions of following in her footsteps.

She said: “I really cannot dance. I just can’t. Whenever I’m in panto I say to the choreographer, ‘don’t give me a dance’.

“You know, stick me in the middle of the stage and I’ll sing and you have the ensemble dance around me.

“You know, if I’m just surrounded by spider goblins or wherever, then, you know, nobody will notice I’m not moving and planted there, but I really don’t have any talent for dancing.”

Anne wishes she had spent more time listening to Harry Redknapp’s stories to help improve her sports knowledge

The Chase airs weekdays at 5pm on ITV1 while I’m A Celeb currently airs nightly from 9pm on ITV1.
