AFTER being booted out of the I’m A Celebrity castle, stars are treated to a luxurious stay in a glamorous hotel.

The ITV programme has been cancelled for four evenings in a row following storm Arwen, forcing contestants to retreat away from Gwrych Castle.

The luxury hotel is a drive away from Gwrych Castle

Where is the I’m A Celebrity hotel?

During previous instalments of I’m A Celebrity, before filming in Australia was off the table, celebs were invited to stay in the Palazzo Versace hotel.

But plans have changed since the show has had to be filmed in the UK due to Covid restrictions.

After I’m A Celeb camp members are evicted from the show, they head over to Carden Park Hotel, a luxury country hotel near Chester, Cheshire.

The hotel is just over an hour’s drive from Gwrych castle, but the journey will be well worth it for the weary celebs.

The hotel boasts 1,000-acres of land as well as a spa, golf courses and even a vineyard.

The luxury hotel offers a £12million spa facility, which features a lavish outdoor champagne bar.

And Carden Park doesn’t skimp when it comes to mealtimes – with four on-site restaurants and bars.

All of the food is overseen by executive head chef Graham Tinsley MBE.

On its website, the hotel is described as: “A luxury Cheshire hotel complete with AA Rosette awarded restaurant, two championship golf courses and a brand new £10m spa.

“Nestled in 1,000 acres of rolling Cheshire countryside, Carden Park Hotel is the ideal venue for a relaxing hotel break, pampering spa visit, game of golf or productive conference.”

Celebs were taken to individual quarantine areas after I’m A Celebrity producers were forced to give up on the live element of the show on Friday, November 26, 2021.

ITV bosses followed up with a statement claiming that, due to poor weather conditions, the I’m A Celebrity set had become unsafe for contestants.

“Whilst we get the production base back up and running after suffering technical issues due to the storm, we have removed the celebrities from the castle”, the statement read.

The show was then cancelled for the following nights of Saturday, November 27, and Sunday, November 28, 2021.

“Owing to technical difficulties caused by extreme weather conditions in the area, there will be no new episodes of I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! this weekend (Saturday and Sunday).”

The precise whereabouts of the stars have not been disclosed.

Campmates including Arlene Phillips, Louise Minchin, David Ginola and Simon Gregson were evacuated ahead of a potential return to Gwrych Castle.

After an additional forecast of bad weather in the area, the show’s fate remained uncertain, some viewers fearing producers would pull the plug altogether.

But while fans were unable to catch up with I’m A Celebrity on Monday, November 29, after the castle was hit by a storm on November 27 and November 28, 2021, it was announced that the show will be making a comeback.

I’m A Celebrity will hit the screens on Tuesday, November 30, 2021, after four nights off the air.

Where are Ant and Dec staying?

Ant and Dec are likely to be staying at Bodysgallen Hall near Llandudno – which is where they lodged during I’m A Celebrity 2020.

Bodysgallen is a luxury country house hotel set on Pydew Mountain.
