Amy has admitted she’s still in therapy after taking part in the popular dating show

Earlier this month, the former air hostess revealed she’s still in therapy to “get her head sorted” and admits to being a “totally different person” since Love Island.

She admitted that she is still working on herself 14 months after walking out of the popular ITV2 show.

In an exclusive interview with HOAR, Amy said that she’s turned her life around after finally tackling her anxiety head-on.

“Yes, 100 per cent I’ve changed as a person,” she said.

The Sussex lass appeared in the 5th series of Love Island in 2019

“I’m still in therapy and it’s made me totally different – I’m a lot more chilled. My brain was always in overdrive.

“I always used to have music on all the time, everywhere I walked. If I went to get a glass of water in the kitchen I would put my headphones in.

“I walked 45 minutes the other day and I walked back with no music and my head was so clear.

“I’m a lot more chilled and enjoy life a lot more, with a lot less anxiety.”

Amy originally coupled up with Curtis Pritchard during her stint on the show

Amy first rose to fame on the 5th series of the popular dating show.

However, her world came crumbling down when her “half-boyfriend” Curtis Pritchard dumped her after the the arrival of six new bombshells caught his eye.

The West Sussex lass decided to leave the villa following her heartache and has since then become a firm favourite of the 2019 series.

Amy and Curtis set tongues wagging last month when they reunited for a cosy snap after the ballroom dancer’s recent split with Maura Higgins.
