CURTIS Pritchard has revealed that he gained two stone in the Love Island villa after scoffing FIVE slices of cheesecake a night.
The 24-year-old star has since overhauled his body, proudly showing off his weight loss transformation with a series of hunky topless snaps on social media.
And the TV favourite has insisted that he now has a “healthy relationship” food following his binges on the ITV2 dating show.
In a new interview, Curtis explains that it was actually one of the show’s producers who flagged how much he was eating.
The dancer shared: “When I came out of Love Island I put two stone on in weight.
“I was enjoying the show’s cheesecake too much. At one point a producer said to me: ‘Curtis we have actually counted how many slices of cheesecake you have with each meal and the most was five slices’ – I like my cheesecake what can I say!”
Curtis went on to insist that he still occasionally indulges in junk food but is sure to keep everything in moderation and regulate his portion sizes.
He added to MailOnline: “My main goal was to have a healthy relationship with food so I didn’t have to do a crash diet and binge and now my body weight has dropped to its natural size.”
Last month, Curtis poignantly thanked cruel trolls for fat-shaming after he shot to fame in the 2019 series of Love Island as he proudly showed off his trim new look.
He said at the time: “On a truthful note it isn’t nice to say something nasty about someone. It isn’t nice to do and be on the receiving end. But you know what, look at me now.
“I’m so positive and confident in how I look and feel now, I thank them for what they did because they really made you focus and this relationship came together with Weight Watchers.”
Earlier this month, it was revealed that Curtis had split from blonde dancer Amber Pierson after the romance “fizzled out”.
His and Amber’s relationship sparked headlines earlier this year as he was linked to the beauty while still dating Love Island girlfriend Maura Higgins.
He always denied being unfaithful, but Maura was left fuming when he was spotted with Amber shortly after their split.
