GEMMA Collins wants Love Island to be cancelled after Caroline Flack’s “devastating” death.

The 39-year-old spoke out about Caroline’s suicide after it was revealed ITV is advertising for its summer series.

Caroline was forced to quit hosting the show’s first ever winter series in South Africa after being charged with assaulting her boyfriend Lewis Burton.

She was found dead at home weeks before her trial in court.

Gemma told the Guardian Love Island bosses need to have a “rethink” about bringing back the show.

“Maybe they should pull it off air,” she suggested.

“Theyve had three people pass its got a taint over it.

After hearing Caroline had taken her own life, Gemma said she couldn’t stop thinking about the Love Island presenter.

An ambulance was called to the former Towie stars 1.3 million home in December after worried pals raised the alarm as he went missing for 48 hours.

Caroline was found dead at her flat on February 15 just weeks before she was due back in court accused of assault.
