THEY have millions in the bank and a luxury lifestyle most of us can only dream of – but that doesn’t mean celebs are above getting involved in petty rows.

This week rapper turned C4 property presenter Tinie Tempah hit out at Kirstie Allsopp, who suggested that those looking to get onto the housing ladder could do so if they gave up luxuries like Netflix and gym memberships.

Kirstie Allsopp’s comments did not go down well with everyone
Tinie Tempah suggested Kirstie was living in an ‘ivory tower’

He told the Radio Times: “I don’t know what kind of background you’d have to come from to say something like that, but it’s always some ivory tower.

“I’m a council estate kid and if you look at all the factors facing us, this is the hardest time ever.

“I had to learn that hearing your next-door neighbour got stabbed isn’t normal.”

Here we reveal other high profile public spats between unlikely celebs, from MPs and rappers to Love Island models and Kardashian stars…

Megan Barton Hanson vs Scott Disick

They live worlds apart, but that didn’t stop Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Scott Disick taking to Instagram to slam Love Island alumni Megan Barton Hanson.

He called out the 27-year-old beauty’s “disrespectful” behaviour in a bizarre direct message after becoming pally with her ex from the show, Eyal Booker.

Kourtney Kardashian’s ex, now 38, wrote: “Hey I recently saw your program Love Island [sic]. I had a few questions for you about it. Let me know you’re around to speak about it.”

Megan was left shocked when she received an Instagram direct message from Kourtney Kardashian’s ex

Scott Disick felt he needed to get something off his chest after watching Megan on Love Island

She replied: “Hey you.. what do you wanna know?”

He then fired back: “I was recently introduced to a beautiful man named Eyal. When I went to see what he’s done on TV I was astonished by your behaviour… I would like to know if you’d be willing to write him an apology.”

A baffled Megan shared the conversation publicly, adding she was “genuinely a little concerned” for Scott.

Stormzy vs Michael Gove

Gove quoted lyrics from Stormzy’s song Shut Up in a tweet

Stormzy said Michael Gove picked the “wrong f*****g rapper’ after his comments online

After Stormzy endorsed Jeremy Corbyn and slammed Boris Johnson ahead of the 2019 election, Gove dismissed him as “a far, far better rapper than he is a political analyst”.

When Labour’s Angela Rayner tweeted: “Gove is crap at both”, the politician replied quoting lyrics from Stormzy’s track Shut Up, writing: “I set trends dem man copy.”

Stormzy the furiously responded to Gove’s tweet, warning he “picked the wrong f*****g rapper”.

He continued: “They do it to young people, they do it to black people, they do it to rappers, they do it to entertainers: ‘Just shut up and rap.’

“It’s very telling of who these people are. As much as I’m a rapper, I’ve also done X, Y, Z. But they’re dismissing everything else.”

Chris Witty vs Nicki Minaj

Chris Witty did not have time for Nicki Minaj’s claims

The rapper posted a tweet that went viral, making unproven claims about COVID

One of last year’s most bizarre moments came when professor Chris Witty felt he had no choice but to retaliate after rapper Nicki Minaj tweeted an unsubstantiated story about Covid causing impotency.

Speaking at a Downing Street news conference, England’s chief medical officer said Minaj “should be ashamed”.

His comments came after she tweeted an unsubstantiated story about a man who had a Covid vaccine and then allegedly became impotent.

He added: “There are a number of myths that fly around, some of which are just clearly ridiculous and some of which are clearly designed just to scare. That happens to be one of them.”

Lorraine Kelly vs Esther McVey

Things were a little frosty when Esther McVey and Lorraine came face-to-face years after their spat

You wouldn’t expect bubbly morning TV presenter Lorraine and Tory MP Esther McVey to have beef – but it turns out a historical feud continues to bubble away.

When asked by Good Morning Britain hosts Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid what was coming up on her show later, they asked the 62-year-old if she recalled their guest – former presenter Esther – from GMTV in the 90s.

Kelly abruptly replied: “Yep. Yes I do… Right, coming up after half past eight…”

Piers Morgan then pushed Lorraine, saying: “So you got on with Esther then Lorraine?”

Kelly replied: “I don’t remember, love. I don’t remember at all, it was an awful long time ago.”

After the clip went viral, McVey claimed that Kelly didn’t like her because she got promoted. But Lorraine has always insisted it was McVey’s voting stance on gay rights that she had an issue with.

Mark Lanegan vs Liam Gallagher

Mark Lanegan slagged off Liam Gallagher

Screaming Trees musician Mark – who tragically died on Tuesday aged just 57 – clashed backstage with rock singer Liam in the 1990s.

Mark, who had a long-standing career with Queens of the Stone Age, performed with Oasis in 1996, but the US tour was cut short after a fall-out between brothers Liam and Noel, and Liam “fled”.

Speaking about the situation, Mark said: “I detested bullies and refused to put up with them.

“Liam Gallagher was an obvious poser, a playground bully.

“Like all bullies, he was also a total p****. He had quit and bailed before I could have a go at him before his promised playground battle in Miami.

“Typical, I thought. That phoney motherf****r had p****d his pants and gone home before I had a chance to blow this whole thing up myself.”

Mark accused Liam of being a poser and a ‘playground bully’
