LOVE Island’s next batch of super attractive men and women are ready to head into the South African villa, but viewers might be wondering where they’ve seen those faces before.

While none of the love-hungry bunch are particularly famous yet, it turns out a few of them have celebrity doppelgangers.

The Love Island cast have famous doubles

We’ve already pointed out how similar this lot looks to the Islanders of the past.

But from comedians to premier league footballers, the upcoming Winter Love Island cast might just have celebrity status in their DNA.

Connor Durman is Russell Kane

Minus the sleeve tattoo and about 100lbs of muscle, Connor Durman bares a striking resemblance to Essex funnyman Russell Kane.

The coffee bean salesman, 25, even underwent dentistry work to help him pull “so many more birds”.

Somehow, it also brought him closer to the 44-year-old comedian’s trademark huge smile.

Paige Turley is Saffron Barker

The ex-girlfriend to Lewis Calpaldi has another claim to fame: looking almost identical to Strictly Come Dancing runner-up Saffron Barker.

The YouTube sensation, 19, stole hearts while dancing on the BBC competition, while Paige, 22, has a history of appearing on ITV shows, reaching the semi-finals of Britain’s Got Talent 2012.

Hopefully she beats both of their competition track records in the villa.

Sophie Piper is Rochelle Humes

Sophie’s sister is presenter and former The Saturdays singer Rochelle Humes – of course they are going to look alike.

Callum Jones is Pauly D

The stars aligned with Callum in order to bring the world what they’ve been waiting for: an exact replica of Pauly D.

The 23-year-old scaffolder has an identical face, hair, and smile to the Jersey Shore veteran, but is unfortunately from Manchester, not Newcastle. But then nothing is perfect.

Callum admitted he didn’t tell his colleagues he was leaving to appear on Love Island, so if the fame thing doesn’t work out there’s probably a strong career as Pauly D’s Jersey Shore stunt double. Hope he has a strong liver.

Eve and Jess Gale are the White Chicks

The Love Island twins are sure to capture the hearts of the boys in the villa, just as Kevin and Marcus Copeland did in the movie White Chicks.

In the classic 2004 Wayans brothers film, the undercover cops manage to make Latrell Spencer – played by Terry Crews – fall madly in love with them.

If they can find half the man Terry Crews is, they’ve hit the jackpot.

Shaughna Phillips is Candice Stowe

Shaughna has a bit more in common with her Corrie counterparts than just the looks. Candice – played by Nikki Sanderson from 1999 to 2005 – was hungry for love… and fame.

Hopefully she isn’t as unlucky in the love department as Candice, who was rejected by footballer Warren Baldwin in her hunt for fame. Candice even had a brief fling with a married man.

But she did leave the cobbles to become a makeup artist for Status Quo. Maybe there’s more in the stars for Shaughna.

Sinnise Fudge is Wednesday Addams

Despite having a name like a Roald Dahl character, it’s actually the iconic dark queen of sass Wednesday Addams that Sinnise Fudge has the most similarities to.

Though we doubt Wednesday would be able to cope with the hours of sunbathing, talking about boys, and saying “you know what I mean” that Sinnise will have to endure.

Ollie Williams is Max Branning

Their lifestyles couldn’t be further apart but their faces are inexplicably linked: Ollie Williams looks like Max Branning, from EastEnders.

The 23-year-old blond lives in the Lanhydrock Estate in Cornwall and is heir to a mulit-million pound fortune; Max, played by Jake Wood, owns a flat in East London and his on-screen daughter, Lauren Branning – played by Jacqueline Jossa – became the Queen of the Jungle 2019 in real life.

Maybe they aren’t so different after all.
