He wrote alongside the shocking post: “When I first got out of the jungle I weighed in at 76kg and four weeks later I weighed in at 85kg…

“How quickly you can put weight back on but also how much of an impact it can have on your self esteem based on the industry you work in.

“One thing is I’m at a healthier weight I just have to build my muscle definition up once again.

“It’s important to be the best version of yourself and to always work at it… mind and body, both together.

“Now that I’m back at the gym let’s see what I can manage to get done in a months time?”

The star is currently on our screens in the repeated ITV2 Australian Love Island 2018.

The model from Melbourne is now a father to Leo Jace Barone-Lacko born in May 2020.

The former Love Island Australia hunk is often asked about his sexuality. He addressed the subject recently in a series of Instagram story updates but soon deleted them.

He said: “I won’t lie anymore with myself. I want freedom and to be free. I respect myself to say this. I love me and I always will.

“Gay, bi, straight, just be who you are. I don’t care, and neither should anyone else. Love who you want to, doesn’t matter the sex.

“Just letting everyone know this isn’t me coming out about being gay, this is me coming out today that I fall in love with a person, not a sex. I love women and I love men. That’s it.”

As the UK Love Island has been cancelled for the summer of 2020, the Aussie version is being aired in its place.

Love Island Australia continues every night at 9pm on ITV2.
