LOVE Island star Gemma Owen’s ex-boyfriend Jacques O’Neill starred in a lurid sex tape, HOAR can reveal.
Gemma and the rugby league star dated for eight months and she is understood to have introduced him to her former England footballer dad Michael.
But shocking footage has now emerged of hunky Jacques, 23, sleeping with a girl during a wild house party.
He bedded her after a boozy night out in his home town and footage of an explicit sex act ended up being posted online by dozens of people. Sharing sex tapes and revenge porn is illegal.
A source said: “It must be shocking news for Gemma. They spent a lot of time together in lockdown and she regarded him as a proper boyfriend. He even met her dad.
“It’s certainly not the sort of act you’d ever see happening in the villa. As soon as he appeared on the show it was the talk of the town again.
“Jacques will be embarrassed to have been involved in it. It was clearly something that happened in the heat of the moment. It’s definitely something he wouldn’t find himself involved in again.”

A member of Jacques’ family said: “We have no reason to believe such a video exists and are furious at the suggestion being made when Jacques has no way of defending himself.”
Jacques’ arrival in the villa on Sunday prompted shocked Gemma to admit they have not spoken for 18 months since splitting up.
But the dressage rider has not yet explained to any of her fellow contestants why the relationship ended.
Jacques, of Barrow, Cumbria, was last night seen lugging wheels in the show’s mechanic-based challenge.
‘Cheeky chappy’
He has promised good times during his stint, saying: “I’ll bring laughs. I’m very straight up. I don’t beat around the bush. Just good vibes.”
And he boasted: “I’m a cheeky chappy, does what he wants, gets what he wants, normally. I want to be on Love Island to find a Mrs.
“I’m looking for the real deal. I’ve got my eye on a couple of the girls, can’t wait to get in there, crack on with all the girls and hopefully have the summer of my life.”
But Jacques, who suffered a hamstring injury while playing for Castleford and was released by the club to take part in the show, insisted he was not a love rat.
He claimed he was a good catch, adding: “I’m loyal, I’m respectful and I’ve got good manners. I’ll look after someone close to me to the full extent I can.”
And he said he wanted to become a dad “in two or three years”. Asked about his dating history in an interview filmed for the show, Jacques gave no hint about why he and Gemma split.
He simply said: “I split up with my ex and then I was seeing someone else. I was concentrating so much on my rugby and then I had that injury. It needs to be the right person at the right time.”
Gemma, who initially coupled up with Liam Llewellyn, reacted coolly to Jacques’ arrival.
She told Islander Luca Bish: “I’m not bothered about anyone getting to know him, it’s just the initial shock.”
Jacques has already been on dates with Paige Thorne and Afia Tonkmor but neither of them were aware he was Gemma’s ex.
Gemma admitted she still fancies Jacques but said she had no intention of rekindling their relationship. Jacques has told her in a clear-the-air chat: “I still care for you.”
It’s not the first time a Love Island contestant has been revealed to have made a sex tape.
