The 25-year-old, who appeared on the third series of the popular reality show was trying to show fans his muscles but ended up revealing a little more.
Wearing just a pair of white boxers, the personal trainer ended up showing off his bulge, which really got his followers talking.
One person told him: You have just made my day… thankyou .

While a third cheekily wrote: U should take off that.
Alex captioned the image: Personal Investment, before telling his fans his current stats and how he is achieving his look.
He added: Height: 62 , Weight: 89kg. Cardio and weights separate sessions daily.
Lungs as good as my look. Goal is to be as functionally fit as possible, learn new skills and maintain a consistent amount of body fat for my current modelling work.

During his time on Love Island Alex was known for coupling up with Montana Brown and having sex with her.
Their romance was short lived in the real world though and Alex is currently believed to be single.
Since leaving the show Alex had a secret hair transplant after being bulling for the size of his forehead.
