AMY Hart has cracked coronavirus blues soaking up the Portuguese sunshine in a sexy black bikini.

The former Love Island star is no stranger to travel after her previous job as an air hostess and looked intent on making the most of her time in the holiday hotspot.

She strolled the shore in a black bandeau swim top which she paired with matching bikini bottoms, showing off her toned figure.

Adding a sophisticated touch to the beach-ready look, the 27-year-old plumped for a white trilby-style sun hat with a black ribbon and black sunglasses.

Amy kept her blonde hair tied in a pony for a fuss-free look before heading to perch on the side of a white canoe.

She later waded up to her knees in a paddle pool where she shined her face to the sunshine to soak up maximum rays.

The reality TV star has turned a positive corner in her life post the ITV2 series, which she exclusively told HOAR Online had transformed her into a “different person.”

She admitted she is still working on herself 14 months after walking out of the matchmaking show.

Amy admitted she’s turned her life around after finally tackling her anxiety head-on.

“Yes, 100 per cent I’ve changed as a person,” she said.

“I’m still in therapy and it’s made me totally different – I’m a lot more chilled. My brain was always in overdrive.”

Amy’s first experience with therapy was in the Love Island villa when she was offered help off-screen.

She met with a backstage show therapist 12 times following her heartbreaking split with Curtis Pritchard.

Paying tribute to ITV’s Love Island for its support in the aftermath of her experience, Amy continued: “I did struggle at the beginning when I came out of Love Island, but you’ve got to learn to manage it.

“I wouldn’t have had therapy if I’d not been on Love Island, I’m really grateful.”

This summer, Amy also told how her confidence was given another major boost after a £100,000 makeover on her teeth.
