The reality star looked incredible in the outfit, which sent her followers wild.

She wrote next to the snap: “The girl that walked into the love island villa was completely different to the one that walked out and it’s been an emotional rollercoaster but I finally feel like I’m getting my confidence back and I love it 🙌🏼 I’m curvy, tall and proud.

“Confidence is self taught, whatever your body size, skin colour, hair colour/texture don’t worry about ticking anyone’s boxes because the most important and ONLY box that needs ticking is your own.”

Fans were quick to compliment the star, with one saying: “You are absolutely gorgeous!”

While a third said: “YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL!!!”

Anna was taking a break from day job, as she has returned to her work as a pharmacist to help in the fight against coronavirus.

She previously quit the pharmacy to appear on the ITV2 dating show last summer and hadn’t returned – until now.

She is now was back behind the counter for the first time offering advice to the general public.

Explaining her decision, she told fans:  “First day back working as a Pharmacist since leaving Love Island. It’s been almost a whole year! Wow can’t believe how fast it’s gone.

“Wasn’t really planning on registering yet but with everything that’s going on it felt wrong not to. We can all fight this together. Stay safe. Stay home. Save lives.”

Anna spent five years training to become a pharmacist, but previously said she had no plans to go back to it following Love Island.

She said: “The honest answer is that I don’t really want to go back to pharmacy. It was five years of training, so long, but I think I knew throughout the whole time it wasn’t for me.

“Coming from a Middle Eastern background, they’re quite strict on education and you have to do pharmacy, medicine or dentistry.”

Anna was a big hit on Love Island last summer

However, like so many people around the country she has stepped out to help out in a time of a crisis.

Anna isn’t the only Love Island star to be helping out on the frontline – Dr Alex George is of course hard at work.

The 30-year-old hunk has been keeping fans up to date with the situation.
