HIS romance with Dani Dyer might not have worked out, but that hasn’t stopped Jack Fincham from eyeing up another Love Island lady.
The former pen salesman has hinted he’s keen to meet new contestant Shaughna Phillips after she mentioned he was her celebrity crush.
In her official interview ahead of the start of the winter series of Love Island, the 25-year-old said: “Jack Fincham is a bit of me on toast!”
Of course this didn’t go unnoticed and Jack was quick to make his move.
Sharing a snap of the comment on his Instagram, he wrote alongside it: “Well @shaughnaphillips I’m gonna have a look at flights to South Africa now..”
It seems the Essex lad is keen to have a slice of the action as the first ever winter series of Love Island kicks off this weekend.
And Shaughna, who is a democratic services officer from London, is sure to cause a stir this year.
Before entering the villa, she admitted she would be full of surprises and to expect the unexpected.
“Im chatty, funny and clever people wont expect it from me,” she explained. “When they hear me speak about certain things theyll be shocked.”
The pretty blonde has undergone somewhat of a weight-loss transformation ahead of her stint on the ITV2 show.
Revealing her journey in a series of Instagram posts, she wrote: “Consistency, not perfection.”
When asked what her worst habit is, Shaughna admitted: “Thinking Im always right or should I say, knowing Im always right. Also I never know when to shut up, there are some battles you wont win, but Im still going to try.”
However, she is a firm believer in girl code: “Dont go near your friends man and dont go near a man who has got a girlfriend at all.
“If I actually liked someone, had a genuine connection and a girl comes in and would like to talk to them, Id definitely mark my territory – in a cool, calm way.”
