LAURA Whitmore hinted that she’s got the holiday blues as she shared a throwback snap of herself catching the sun in South Africa.

The 34-year-old presenter, who has now returned to the UK after Love Island ended, showed off her incredible body as she lounged around the pool in a khaki bikini.

Laura proved she’s not just a presenter and model but a bit of a yoga enthusiast as well as she posed with her leg stretched in the air.

Perching on the very edge of the pool, the ITV2 star balanced expertly on her hands and feet.

Laura’s been taking some down time with her boyfriend Iain Stirling since returning to the UK.

The Radio 1 DJ was seen snuggling with the couple’s dog Mick under a blanket in a snap that voiceover star Iain shared on Instagram, which he sweetly captioned: “My team.”

The pair – who are grieving after the death of their friend Caroline Flack two weeks ago – also took their dog for a walk in a nearby park.

Laura and Iain snuck in some quality time together after the Love Island final, by enjoying a luxury holiday in South Africa.

The pair stayed at a £2.5k a night winery and even went on safari.

Laura uploaded a snap of herself and Iain looking thrilled as they point to a lion on safari.

She couldn’t hold back her admiration for the trip in the caption, gushing: “South Africa is beautiful. Thank you for your hospitality during my stay”.

The presenter has been taking some time out after being left heartbroken by Caroline’s death.
Laura was halfway through presenting Love Island when it emerged that Caroline had died by suicide in her east London flat.

During Sunday’s Love Island finale, Laura – who replaced Caroline as host – was tearful as she paid tribute to her late pal.

“The past week has been extremely difficult, coming to terms with the loss of our friend and colleague, Caroline.

“We’re thinking of her family and everyone who knew her at this time.

“Caroline loved Love Island, she loved love and that’s why tonight’s final is dedicated to her.”
