IT’S been three weeks since the first ever winter series of Love Island came to an end and new couple Biggs Chris and Rebecca Gormley are already on the rocks.
The couple – who hooked up after leaving the ITV2 series – have already hit the skids after she was spotted getting cosy with ex islander Michael Griffiths during a boozy night out in London.
Pals close to Rebecca said she started the night out loved up with Biggs before moving on and heading home with Michael.
A source said: “Rebecca was really letting loose on the night out and she was being really flirty with Michael.
“Biggs went home early and when he was out of the door, Michael made a beeline for her.
“Everyone warned Rebecca off but she wasn’t listening.
“When the night ended she went to McDonalds with Michael before they were seen getting into an Uber together.
“No one heard from them after that but Michael was boasting about getting to know Rebecca a lot better the following day.”
The pal went on to say Biggs had promised to give Rebecca a second chance if she could explain what really went on between them.
The pair had seemed loved up since getting together a week after leaving the villa.
Two weeks ago, Rebecca told The Sun Online: “Rebecca tells The Sun Online: “Biggs and I have been spending some time together and seeing where things go. Nothing is official.
“He really makes me laugh and we have great banter together. He is a really nice guy.”
“Biggs lives in Scotland and me in Newcastle, so it’s not a million miles away, but there is still some distance between us.
“But things are going well so far. I am attracted to him and he has me in hysterics plus he is very caring, which I like in a man. So let’s see what the future brings.”
Rebecca left the villa alongside Jordan Waobikeze but almost instantly ended things with him – awkwardly saying she didn’t see they staying together outside the show.
Biggs was bought into the villa as part of the Casa Amor week, trying his luck with Jess Gale – who eventually ended up with Ched.
Rebecca’s rep had no comment on the story.
