LOVE Island’s Ollie Williams once caught the eye of Made In Chelsea producers, but turned down the King’s Road for the famous villa.
The 23-year-old Islander, who was born in Chelsea, admitted there were potential talks for him to appear on the E4 reality series.

He told MailOnline: “I know there have been murmurs of possibly going into the show. I haven’t been approached but there have been murmurs regarding my sister and I.
“Love Island for me is all about finding love, it’s not about getting famous. If that happens it happens, but if I was going to pick a TV show after this to go into it would actually be ITV Racing. I’d like to be a racing pundit of all things.”
Ollie revealed the opportunity to join the ITV2 dating series may never have arisen if it wasn’t for any injury, which prevented him from joining the army.
He was set to begin training at Sandhurst – one of England’s most prestigious military academies.

He explained: “I ruptured my anterior cruciate ligament playing rugby and that put paid to my army career.
“Weirdly enough I should’ve been going to Sandhurst on Monday. How weird is that?
“I’m as fit as I possibly could be, I run 20 miles a week, I have no issues and I’m in the gym every day. I’m not a problem, but they just said no because they have this rule that anyone who has this injury can’t go in.
“Stupidly if you did your knee in the army, and you had the same injury, they rehab you and you go back in the army, no problem at all.”

The injury left him having to explore new opportunities, including his current position as a junior manager at his family’s Lanhydrock estate.
“It was pretty tough because going to Sandhurst is the classic middle class back up plan,” Ollie added.
“For that to be taken away, I have to twiddle my thumbs and take more if a managerial role when dad steps back or I’ve got to take a desk job, and I couldn’t think of anything worse. It’s not really me.”
The hunky blonde, whose family run the Lanhydrock Estate in Cornwall, is used to living in a castle-like Victorian home in the Cornish countryside.
However, he revealed he could miss out on his 15million inheritance if he has sex on TV.
Ollie told The Sun: Dad said he would write me out of the will. I said to him, OK, brilliant. Mum was like, Oh my God.”
