LAURA Whitmore has taken to Instagram to show her blossoming baby bump – joking about having terrible “Christmas bloat”.

The mum-to-be stood in the mirror to capture the Boxing Day moment, donning her “favourite jumper” that barely fits over her growing belly.

Laura showed off her blossoming baby bump

Standing in star-patterned tracksuit bottoms, Laura, 35, put on the yellow knit to demonstrate her protruding bump.

But the TV presenter joked that her baby, who she is expecting with her now-husband Iain Stirling, wasn’t to blame – instead suggesting she’d eaten too much on Christmas Day.

Keeping it causal with minimal make-up and her hair flowing round her face, Laura wrote: “The day after Christmas bloat.

“Probably about time I acknowledged that my favourite yellow jumper doesn’t fit anymore.”

It’s not the first time the TV presenter has revealed her growing belly

The blonde beauty smiled, gently placing a hand over her forehead to take the snap in what appeared to be a dressing room, filled with clothes and a make-up vanity.

Laura showed off her bump for the first time in a recent magazine shoot – after announcing on Instagram she and Iain are expecting.

Re-posting the glamorous snaps to her grid, the mum-to-be was forced to defend herself when trolls said they were “fed up” by her baby posts.

“Guess it’s the sofa for the next while so…” she wrote in the post, responding to the news that London and the South East were moving into Tier 4 restrictions.

While many fans found the post funny, and shared their love for her baby news, trolls took the opportunity to spread hate about her bump – but Laura clapped back.

“Where’s your dignity, girl? Less it more,” wrote one follower, with Laura responding alongside a thinking emoji: “Where’s yours?”

Another critic added: “You were literally saying two minutes ago that you weren’t promoting your pregnancy. Literally bored of it already.”

Laura quickly replied: “Looks more like I’m ‘promoting’ my upcoming sofa use…”

When a third shamed her for “showing off” her bump, she calmly added: “It’s my choice what I show, quite simple really.”
