WINE lovers should be in good spirits today, as it is National Rosé Day.
Kylie Minogue, who has her own rosé wine (£9 at Tesco), is a fan and I will be pouring myself a glass later.
If it is your drink of choice too, there are lots of ways to enjoy it.
And do they cost a lot? No way, rosé . . .
Yay For Frosé: Not heard of frosé? It is your favourite pink-hued wine served up as an icy, strawberry-filled slush.
You can easily make your own with just a few cupboard staples. Pour a bottle of rosé into a deep tin (I use a roasting tin) and pop it in the freezer overnight.
The next day, mix 300g of chopped strawberries with 50g caster sugar. Let it sit for 30 minutes until the strawberries begin to release their juices.
Next, blend your frozen rosé, the strawberry/sugar mix and the juice of a lemon together and serve. Yum.
Dealy Good: If you feel like bagging a blushing bargain on your next big shop, Tesco has some great deals on. Bottles of Barefoot Pink Pinot Grigio are just £5.50, down from £6.75.

Saving: Up to £2
Spritz And Save: Make that bottle of blush go further by creating a fresh rosé spritz. Lemonade is a great option but ginger ale works well too.
Otherwise, soda water creates refreshing bubbles without adding sweetness.
Add frozen fruit to keep your drink cool and make it photo-perfect. I pour three parts wine to one part fizz.
Bulk Bottles: If you simply can’t get enough of your rosé, it makes sense to stock up and save.
