KRISPY Kreme fans can get boxes of 12 glazed doughnuts at a 50 per cent discount in August under the Eat Out to Help Out scheme.
The chain is taking part in the government’s discount scheme, meaning you can get everything on its menu, including drinks, at half price if you dine in.
But Krispy Kreme is going further and is also offering 50 per cent off a dozen signature doughnuts in August for customers who take away.
It means you can get a box of 12 treats for £5.23, down from £10.45, making it 44p per doughnut.
In comparison, Sainsbury’s is selling a five-pack of sugar ring doughnuts for 80p, making it 16p per doughnut, or you can nab a four-pack at Tesco for 75p, working out as 18p each.
The Krispy Kreme offer is available in all standalone stores Monday to Wednesday throughout August – the same as the Eat Out to Help Out scheme.
The deal is only available to customers who pop by a store and do take away, and not if you order for delivery.
