But it’s currently selling its 5.2L air fryer at £109 instead of £69.99 – that’s a £50 saving.

It comes with six cooking functions and is dishwasher safe.

The offer was posted on HotUKDeals and some shoppers were loving the item.

One said: “Damn it” Came on here out of boredom and now I’ve bought an air fryer, thanks.”

Another wrote: “One of the best kitchen gadgets purchased ever.

“This is my 4th airfryer. Tried few brands. Done so much research after couldn’t satisfy with my last purchase of the Tefal’s latest version and decided to buy this. So far the best.”

But others said they weren’t that impressed with the product.

One said: “The non-stick coating comes off these.”

It’s always best to shop around for the best deal as we may have missed one.

And remember, it’s only a bargain if you were after one anyway.

If you’re after a bigger air fryer, Asda was selling an 11.5 litre one for £69 – originally £99

Robert Dyas was selling a 12L air fryer that was going for £130 than it’s original price – £90 down from £230.

Elsewhere, Costco was selling a dual basket air fryer for £79.99. That’s nearly £20 less than its original price of £95.98.

How much does it cost to run an air fryer?

It’s all very well finding a cheap price tag but make sure you know how much air fryers cost to run too.

Especially as energy bills have gone up.

The government’s Energy Price Guarantee (EPG) promises to keep average bills at £2,500 a year.

It was extended until July in chancellor Jeremy Hunt’s Budget.

But millions of households will now see a change to energy bills next month.

Keep in mind the cost depends on how often you use air fryer, which model you use and who your energy supplier is, but we have rough estimates for you.

The power of an air fryer is measured in watts, and this determines how much energy it uses – and the cost of using it.

But the more powerful the appliance, the quicker it will cook your food too.

A 1,000W air fryer costs just 17p to run for 30 minutes and 34p to run for an hour.

While a 1,500W air fryer will set you back 26p for half an hour, and 51p for an hour’s use.

You shouldn’t always assume that your new gadget is going to save you money as well as calories. But sometimes it might help.
