WE all love a cheeky McDonald’s breakfast from time to time and this morning is no exception.

Whether it is a sausage and egg McMuffin or a delicious hash brown to go with your cup of coffee, Brits have even more time every day to get their mornings started in style.

Here are the McDonald’s breakfast hours so you’ll never miss out on your McMuffin when the fast food chain reopens its doors.

What time does McDonald’s stop serving breakfast?

McDonald’s announced in November 2019 that it’s now serving breakfast until 11am in ALL it’s restaurants.

The later finish in all branches began on November 20.

It follows a successful trial in 122 restaurants earlier last year.

The previous cut-off was 10:30am.

It gives customers an extra 30 minutes to get their bacon, egg and sausage fix.

The restaurants that are open 24 hours a day start serving breakfast at 5am.

The coronavirus pandemic had stopped breakfast – or any food – from being served by McDonald’s.

But they have now returned, albeit with a slightly reduced menu.

McDonald extended its breakfast hours after a successful test run.

When does McDonald’s lunch menu start?

McDonald’s starts its normal menu from 11am each day.

They continue with their classic burgers and McChicken sandwiches right through until closing time.

The 24-hour restaurants stop serving the normal menu at 5am when they switch to breakfast.

What have McDonald’s said?

The new breakfast timings introduced last November mean a longer wait for those craving a burger.

But Michelle Graham-Clare, vice president food and marketing at McDonald’s UK and Ireland said: “We all understand the pain of missing out on a McMuffin by a matter of minutes.

“We have listened to our customers’ pleas and are delighted to extend breakfast serving time until 11am.”
