TODAY is the last day to order presents from retailers including M&S and John Lewis if you want them to arrive in time for Christmas.

It’s also the final cut-off for ordering gifts from Game, The Body Shop and Shoeaholic.

M&S recommends Christmas shoppers order today for standard delivery

However, as these are just recommended final order dates, it still isn’t guaranteed that your orders will definitely arrive on time.

Some retailers have made their order deadlines earlier than last year due to more people shopping online following the coronavirus crisis.

Royal Mail is also warning of delivery days, with some second-class post taking over two weeks to deliver.

So far, we’ve seen Currys PC World and John Lewis shoppers complaining about Royal Mail delays in delivering Christmas presents.

Ikea customers have also been left fuming after port delays caused some deliveries to be delayed by up to two months.

If you’re able to, you can also still visit shops in person to pick up your goods. You’ll also likely save money on delivery costs this way.

Here are the retailers with a final cut-off date of today, December 18, for their final Christmas deliveries.

The below are based on the cheapest delivery options per shop, so you may have more time to get your order in if you go for a more expensive shipping method.

There’s just one day left to send presents and parcels by Royal Mail 2nd class to make sure they arrive in time for Christmas.

The price of stamps is rising from January – here’s what you need to know.
