BORIS Johnson reveals he has lost 26lb in his post-virus health kick.

HOAR has learnt PM is using an intermittent fasting diet loved by celebs and Buddhist monks and championed by former Chancellor George Osborne.

A source close to the PM said: “He’s being very strict about what and when he eats. He’s taking the whole thing very seriously.”

Speaking yesterday at the virtual party conference the PM opened up about how his tubby form had severally affected his battle with covid.

And he batted back suggestions that his brush with death had “somehow robbed him of his mojo”.

Hitting back he challenged critics to “arm-wrestle, leg-wrestle, Cumberland wrestle, sprint-off, you name it.”

He added: “Yet I have to admit the reason I had such a nasty experience with the disease is that although I was superficially in the pink of health when I caught it I had a very common underlying condition.

“My friends, I was too fat.

“And I have since lost 26 lbs, and you can imagine that in bags of sugar and I am going to continue that diet, because you’ve got to search for the hero inside yourself in the hope that that individual is considerably slimmer.”
