BORIS Johnson has vowed to kick-start a green revolution after he delivers Brexit.
The PM will promise to focus on tackling climate change and the environment when he visits an electric car factory in the West Midlands today.

Mr Johnson plans to vow that a majority Tory government will drive a clean energy revolution that will harness the power of science, innovation and technology to tackle climate change, spur economic growth and create high skilled, high wage jobs”.
The Tory boss has made it clear that green policies are one of the integral factors of his election campaign.
Last month, the Conservatives announced their plan to fund the worlds first nuclear fusion plant.
The technology can power towns without harmful greenhouse gasses or radioactive waste, the Telegraph reports.
Such plants could play a key role in reducing Britains emissions to net zero by 2050 which is one of the aims set to be unveiled in the Tory manifesto.
The Conservatives have also pledged more green funding for electric cars – with an extra 1billion over five years to boost green tech in the motor industry.
Boris Johnson will tell voters today that the only way to change how Britain approaches Green issues is by ending the groundhoggery of Brexit.
He will say: “We face a historic choice.
At this election the country can either move forwards with policies that will deliver years of growth and prosperity, or it can disappear into an intellectual cul-de-sac of far left Corbynism.
“We can honour the wishes of the people, or else we can waste more time, at the cost of a billion pounds per month, and have two more referendums, one on Scotland and one on the EU – an expense of spirit and a waste of shame, more political self-obsession and onanism.”
He urged undecided voters to “imagine waking up on Friday December 13 after the election to find the Corbyn-Sturgeon coalition in Downing Street”.
“They will ruin 2020 with two referendums, they will ruin the economy with out of control debt, they will put taxes up for everyone and instead of an Australian points system we’ll have uncontrolled and unlimited immigration.”
