Celebs like Lauren Goodger could be BANNED from secretly photoshopping pics under new law

CELEBS could be banned from secretly altering pictures to change their body shape under a proposed law.

Tory MP Dr Luke Evans said doctored Instagram images are creating a “warped view” of beauty and fuelling a mental health crisis.

He has drawn up a Bill to force social media stars and advertisers to label images which have been massively altered.

Stars such as Lauren Goodger have been criticised for altering their body shape in pictures.

Dr Evans has the backing of TV’s Ulrika Jonsson who said kids were being lulled into “a false world of perfection”.

She said: “As a mother, I’m deeply worried.”

Dr Evans said celebrities have a “responsibility not to mislead young”.
