But husband and wife team Ian and Janette Tough, who shot to fame as the cheeky schoolboy in the 80s, threatened to contact their pal Stanley Johnson.

The 72-year-old showbiz duo spent a month in India with the PMs 79-year-old dad while filming the BBC reality series The Real Marigold Hotel in 2017.

Last night Janette, who has retired to Australias Gold Coast, said: Stanley loved listening to all our old showbiz stories.

Im sure hed have told Boris about them and perhaps that was in his mind when he called Nicola that bloody Wee Jimmy Krankie.

Hubby Ian joked: But if he meant it as an insult to Jimmy, well be having words with his dad.

The PM hit out at a No10 meeting about this years climate summit in Glasgow.

Then-summit boss Claire Perry ONeill suggested Johnson offer Sturgeon a formal role to stop her Scottish National Party from wrecking the event.

Boris replied: Over my f****** dead body, a witness told HOAR.

He allegedly added: Im not being driven out of Scotland by that bloody Wee Jimmy Krankie woman.

No10 have declined to comment.

But the Krankie jibe has dogged Nicola Sturgeon for years.

When previously asked if she gets annoyed by the comparison, Nicola, 49, said: I actually like Jimmy Krankie.

I think most people just use it as a bit of fun, but some on social media get really nasty with it.
