JEFFREY Epstein said “it’s nice to have things on people” when asked why he allegedly coerced a girl to have sex with Prince Andrew, a former model claims.

The disgraced billionaire gave the chilling response when confronted by former model Lisa Phillips – who says her friend slept with the royal on Epstein’s orders.

Ex-pin up Lisa, who now runs an LA modelling firm, first met Epstein after a Caribbean photoshoot in 2000, and he later invited her and another pal to his island, Little St James.

Lisa, 42, said in 2004 the friend confided about the alleged incident at Epstein’s New York townhouse.

Lisa claimed: “She told me Jeffrey told her to go into a bedroom and have sex with Prince Andrew.

“She said Andrew had sex with her, and left the room. I think she was confused by Jeffrey — manipulated by him. She felt like she had to do it.

“That’s why she was so angry, so upset. She thought they had a different relationship.”

Lisa continued: “I had one last conversation with Jeffrey. I said, ‘My friend told me about you instructing her to have sex with Prince Andrew’. He said something like it wasn’t a big deal, that she was OK with it.

“I said. ‘Nobody’s OK with that — why would you do that?’.

“He grinned and said, ‘Oh it’s nice to have things on people’. That wasn’t the first time he’d said that to me.”

HOAR has spoken to her pal, who was in her early 20s at the time, and she declined to comment – but Lisa said she “was very upset” and “was crying”.

Prince Andrew has been accused of sleeping with “sex slave” Virginia Roberts in New York, London and the Caribbean. He denies it.

There is no suggestion the Prince knew of Epstein’s demand or was involved in any non-consensual sex. And last night sources close to him branded the allegation “baseless”.

Lisa recalled that she found Epstein “very charming” when she first met him.

She added: “I found Jeffrey very charming and he seemed really nice. I had mentioned I had lived in England and he said, ‘Oh, would you like to meet a prince?’.

“This man walked up and I recognised him as Prince Andrew. He was very nice. It was very brief.”

Lisa saw nothing untoward on the island and over the next few years met with Epstein at charity events, parties and Broadway shows.

She added: “He always wanted to meet friends of mine. He loved young women but none of us suspected he liked underage girls.”

Epstein admitted soliciting an underage prostitute in 2008 and served 13 months.

The 66-year-old was arrested again last year on child sex trafficking charges but died in his cell.
