JEFFREY Epstein’s creepy New York mansion has been tipped to sell for at least $100million (80million).

The dead paedo’s infamous party lair, where Prince Andrew stayed because it was “convenient” for him, is the “best in the city”, brokers say.

Pictures from inside the seven-storey townhouse give an insight into the depraved mind of the tycoon, who killed himself in his Manhattan jail cell while awaiting trial for child sex trafficking.

Among the furnishings are a stuffed tiger, ostentatious ornaments and a 5.9million painting of a woman cupping her breast.

The property – one of the largest private homes in Manhattan – is where Epstein was accused of abusing underage girls.

Investigators also seized a stash of child abuse images when they raided the mansion in August.

Yet despite the home’s grim history, brokers believe it will be snapped-up by a buyer who’ll “put their own mark on it”, according to the New York Post.

Townhouse expert Jed Garfield told the publication he has shown the property near Central Park to interested buyers seven or eight times – though when Epstein was alive and with his explicit permission.

He told the Post: It looked like any other rich persons house.”

GRIM HISTORY

Les Wexner, founder and CEO of the L Brands corporation as well as a benefactor to Epstein, bought the home in 1989 for $13.2 million (10million).

By 2011, Wexner had transferred ownership to Epstein for $0. Since his death, it has become a ghoulish tourist attraction, with passers-by posing for selfies in front of the building.

News of the potential sale of Epstein’s New York pad comes as Prince Andrew sensationally claimed he was being “too honourable” by staying with his paedo pal – but insisted it was “convenient”.

The grovelling Duke of York apologised for his friendship with the financier saying he “let the side down” in an explosive BBC Newsnight interview.

Andrew remained close to the US tycoon after his first conviction in 2008 – but insists he no recollection of meeting Virginia Roberts, who claims they had sex three times.

The prince also told the BBC’s Emily Maitlis he stayed with Epstein in his Manhattan mansion after the paedo was released from jail for “convenience”.

He said: “It was a convenient place to stay.I mean I’ve gone through this in my mind so many times.

“At the end of the day, with a benefit of all the hindsight that one can have, it was definitely the wrong thing to do.

“But at the time I felt it was the honourable and right thing to do and I admit fully that my judgement was probably coloured by my tendency to be too honourable but that’s just the way it is.”

The embattled Duke of York has faced continued scrutiny over his relationship with Epstein, who hanged himself in August.

Ms Roberts claims she had sex with the prince aged 17 – which he strongly denies.

Andrew was infamously pictured with his arm around her at Ghislaine Maxwell’s home in London in 2001.

But he claimed in the bombshell interview that he didn’t remember meeting the alleged sex slave.

“I have no recollection of ever meeting this lady, none whatsoever”, Andrew said.

The Duke was last pictured with Epstein in New York in 2010 after the hedge fund manager had been released from prison and was a registered sex offender.

He told Newsnight how he kicks himself daily for staying pals with US paedophile Epstein.

Buckingham Palace has previously said: It is emphatically denied that the Duke had any form of sexual contact or relationship with Virginia Roberts. Any claim to the contrary is false and without foundation.
