MEGHAN Markle and Prince Harry will snub a meeting with the Queen in March, royal fans are convinced.
The runaway royals are scheduled to meet with Queen Elizabeth II in a few months time for the annual review of the so-called ‘Megxit’ agreement that saw them abandon their duties and set up home near Los Angeles.
The move has been widely criticised, not least because Harry and Meghan left citing privacy concerns, only to sign a megabucks multi-million deal with Netflix not long after setting up home in California.
Royal fans are convinced that a new twist in the saga – Princess Eugenie moving into Harry and Meghan’s old Frogmore Cottage home – means the pair won’t even to bother to return to the UK for the crunch meeting.
One Twitter fan, whose calls herself a “hardcore, unapologetic fan and defender of Meghan Duchess of Sussex”, wrote she was “damn happy” that Harry and Meghan are allowing Eugenie to live at Frogmore .
“It means, what we been knew, they ain’t going back. And they are saying f**k that one year review!”. Another user agreed and said: ““I hope this means that they won’t be spending too much time in the UK [in future].”
