PIERS Morgan has revealed bonding over a “brilliant” Donald Trump joke about Meghan Markle ended his feud with the President.
Speaking to Times Radio, the GMB star revealed he reached out to Trump to repair their friendship after telling the President to “shut the f*** up” and accusing him of “bats**t crazy” theories about coronavirus earlier this year.
But the pair rekindled their friendship last month after Trump said of Meghan “I’m not a fan of hers. I would say this, and she probably has heard that, but I wish a lot of luck to Harry – he’s going to need it.”
Piers revealed after hearing the comment he emailed a friend who works closely with Trump in the White House and said how funny I found it, adding “the timing was just brilliant. You can laugh at Trump. Sometimes he is just laugh-out-loud funny.
