THOUSANDS of people line the streets to see and take photos of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry during appearances.

However, unlike other royal accounts, any tagged photos of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are not be visible on their page.

Fans are not able to tag the Duke and Duchess of Sussex on Instagram

From when it was launched in April this year, the Sussex Royal account disabled the feature that allows fans to tag photos of the couple.

The couple are not alone in disabling the feature, as many large accounts choose to do the same.

Currently when you click on the tagged photos tab it simply says no photos.

This contrasts with Kate and Prince Williams Kensington Royal Instagram, which allows fans to tag the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge into their posts.

You can’t see any photos under the tagged section, and this has been the case since the account was launched in April

At the moment, the latest tagged image on the Kensington account is one from Rita Ora.

On a glam photograph of her, Rita thanks homeless charity Centrepoint for having her at an event, and said it was an honour to meet William.

Yesterday, Kate and Prince Williams Christmas card was shared on Twitter before it was officially released.

The heartwarming family shot, showed the couple with their three kids, Prince George, six, Princess Charlotte, four, and Prince Louis, one, posing on a vintage motorbike outside.

Yesterday the Cambridge’s Christmas card was leaked on Twitter and it shows a sweet family scene

The Christmas card was revealed online by Air Commodore Dawn McCafferty.

The Duchess of Cambridge became a patron of the RAF Air Cadets in December 2016 after the patronage was passed to her from Prince Philip, who held the role for 63 years.

The Sussexes are yet to release their Christmas card, and are currently on a six-week break from royal duties.

Although Buckingham Palace has remained tight-lipped on their whereabouts, it is thought they have travelled to the US to see her mother, Doria Ragland, who lives in LA.

Royal correspondent Omid Scobie said on his HeirPod Podcast the couple headed across the pond to spend Thanksgiving privately.

The duke and duchess are currently on a six-week break from royal duties

Omid said: The Sussexes are away, they’re on their break right up until Christmas.

They celebrated Thanksgiving privately with close family, which is lovely.

The couple were absent for Trump arriving at Buckingham Palace for a Nato world leaders meeting earlier this month, and for the Queens Christmas parties this week.

It has already been announced the Sussexes will not be spending Christmas Day with the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh at her private Sandringham estate in Norfolk.

The Queen is said to be supportive of Meghan and Harry’s plans and it follows the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s past decision to spend Christmas with Kate’s parents, and not with the Queen.
