MEGHAN Markle’s feud with the Royals is Prince Harry’s fault because he didn’t prepare her properly, a royal biographer has claimed.

It comes after the Duchess of Sussex’s bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey, where she claimed she knew nothing about the Royal family before her marriage.

A royal biographer has claimed Harry did not properly prepare Meghan for royal life
Megan claimed she did not know how to cursy and ‘didn’t fully understand her job’

Speaking in the interview, she admitted: “I went into it naively because I didn’t grow up knowing much about the royal family. I didn’t fully understand what the job was.”

Meghan, 39, confessed that she was so naive that when she first met the Queen at The Royal Lodge in Windsor, she “didn’t know how to curtsy.”

She was also shocked when Harry, 36, explained that it was in fact expected of her.

Luckily Harry’s aunt the Duchess of York was on hand to teach her the custom of curtsying “very quickly.”

Meghan said: “Right in front of the house we practiced and ran in. Fergie ran out and said, ‘Do you know how to curtsy?’

Meghan told Oprah she had no knowledge of the royal family before her marriage

“Apparently I did a very deep curtsy, I don’t remember it, and then we sat there and we chatted.”

She added that she was glad she never Googled the royal family beforehand as it might have put her off.

Now Robert Jobson, author of “Prince Philip’s Century,” has said he believes Meghan’s lack of knowledge is mostly her husband’s fault.

He told Page Six: “It’s a combination of Harry and Meghan’s fault, mainly Harry for not explaining it to her properly.”

“He’s not the sharpest guy, but maybe he didn’t want to explain it. It’s hard work being a member of the royal family.

“People think it’s not but it is. It’s not glamorous and maybe she didn’t fancy that after at all.”

However, he claims some of the blame should rest on Meghan.

He added: “It’s up to you to do your own homework if you want to marry into a prestigious family.

Since quitting the Royal Family, Meghan and Harry have signed two massive deals – one with Netflix rumoured to be worth £100m and another with Spotify believed to be worth about £30m.

Jobson believes that these moves were selfish and noted that the point of the royal family is centred on “service and helping others. It’s not to do with helping yourself.

He said: “I’m afraid that’s what’s happened here. I blame Harry really because he knew the story but he wanted his cake and to eat it and you can’t do that.”

“The British people fund the royal family, it’s our royal family, we expect them to show respect. without the British people, the royal family doesn’t exist.”
