MEGHAN Markle’s half-brother has claimed she has ‘bullied people before and got her way, no matter what’ – and the Duchess has “shown her true colours”.

Thomas Markle Jr made the shock allegations amid the latest bombshell twists in the Megxit saga, and hours after the Queen launched an unprecedented probe into allegations Meghan and Harry bullied their staff.

Meghan Markle’s half-brother Thomas Markle Jr has alleged she ‘bullied people before and got her way’ in a new interview

He also suggested the Duchess is a ‘changed person’ in the chat

He said he and his family believe she is a “changed person” in an interview with Bild after the latest teaser clip of Meghan and Harry’s upcoming interview with Winfrey was released.

The 30-second snippet features Meghan accusing the Royal Family of “perpetuating falsehoods” and telling the interviewer “there’s a lot has been lost”.

And Thomas, who shares the same father as Meghan, told the German newspaper the “sensitive young woman” making claims against the Royal Family isn’t the half-sister he knew.

“I think it’s showing her true colours that none of the family recognises,” he said.

“She has changed as a person.”

It comes amid claims:

  • Meghan’s Oprah interview has plunged the Royal Family into ‘the worst crisis in decades’ after she ‘called them liars’
  • ‘At least 10 former aides’ will support the palace’s bullying probe
  • Meghan was ‘broken by Megxit’ – and the Oprah chat will ‘free her’, pals claim
  • The Duchess ‘blamed Kate and Camilla’s aides for leaking stories about her’
  • She and Harry ‘want to be out of the spotlight apart from when it suits them’

However, the 55-year-old admitted he hasn’t seen Meghan in almost a decade.

“The last time I had contact with Meghan was at my grandmother’s memorial in 2011,” he said.

“I can’t say she wasn’t a little different then as well.”

Claims emerged in The Times this week that the Duchess drove two personal assistants out of the household and undermined the confidence of a third.

Meghan strongly denies the allegations.

However, royal aides said they were left ‘shaking with fear’ following run-ins with the her – and Buckingham Palace has now announced a formal probe into the allegations.

In response to the reports, Meghan and Harry accused the Queen’s staff of orchestrating a “calculated smear campaign” ahead of their explosive two-hour interview.

Thomas and Meghan share a father, Thomas Markle

Meghan and her dad have had a difficult relationship for years, and he has repeatedly given interviews about his daughter

But Thomas said: “Nobody recognises the Meghan we are seeing right now.

“I have seen her bully people before in the past and get her way, no matter what.”

Meghan’s claims that ‘The Firm’ are behind “falsehoods” about her and Harry isn’t thought to be linked to the bullying probe – as the interview was recorded before the allegations surfaced.

In the clip, Winfrey asks Meghan: “How do you feel about the Palace hearing you speak your truth today?”

A visibly-emotional Meghan replies: “I don’t know how they could expect that after all of this time we would still just be silent if there is an active role that The Firm is playing in perpetuating falsehoods about us.”

She adds: “And, if that comes with risk of losing things, there is a lot that has been lost already.”

But Thomas said he predicted that Meghan and Harry would step back as senior royals before Megxit went ahead.

And he believes his half-sister is behind the couple’s move to LA.

“I think Meghan is the driving force behind all of this,” he said.

“I called this a few years ago. I said she would be leaving the Royal Family and going back to California.

“Maybe it’s sad but I don’t think it’s in Harry’s best wishes.”
