PIERS Morgan has slammed Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s Netflix documentary as “repulsive”, branding their trailer “hypocritical”.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex gave fans a glimpse of never-before-seen clips in an bombshell video for their upcoming docuseries.

Piers Morgan slammed the release of the docuseries on Twitter

Meghan and Harry’s Netflix trailer was released today

He described Meghan and Harry’s docuseries as “repulsive”

The long-awaited £88million show is set to hit screens in one week’s time – with the trailer dropping just hours after Princess Kate and Prince William arrived in the US.

Harry and Meghan had previously promised to offer an insight into their “love story” on the show.

It comes as…

  • Meghan and Harry’s Netflix trailer showed the Duchess sobbing in explosive documentary
  • An unseen photo of pregnant Meghan and image of her looking distraught were released
  • Expert claims Duke and Duchess released £88m Netflix trailer to ‘deliberately spoil’ Kate & William’s US trip
  • Viewers all said the same thing about the explosive documentary
  • Meghan revealed real reason why she made the documentary
  • It was revealed how Lady Susan Hussey reacted to Meghan and Harry’s wedding
  • Remarks to a black charity boss by top royal aide Susan Hussey were offensive and wrong

The explosive reveal had everyone talking and Piers soon weighed in, slamming the Netflix docuseries on social media.

The Talk TV host tweeted: “Imagine bleating about privacy then doing a kiss-and-tell reality series about your private lives?

“Then imagine preaching compassion as you trash your family again?

“Then imagine releasing 1st trailer deliberately to ruin your brother’s big trip to America? Repulsive hypocrites.”

The couple stunned the world when they left their royal duties and moved to California in January 2020.

And Meghan and Harry have concerned royals in recent months over potential revelations they could make in the docuseries.

One royal expert even believes that Meghan and Harry’s multi-million Netflix trailer was released to “deliberately spoil” Kate and William’s trip to the US.

At the start of the trailer, the pair are asked: “Why did you want to make this documentary?”

Harry says: “Nobody sees what’s happening behind closed doors.

“I had to do everything I could to protect my family.”

And, Meghan says: “When the stakes are this high doesn’t it make more sense to hear our story from us?”

Unseen photos and videos of the couple dancing, playing guitar and taking selfies have also been shared in the trailer.

The clip also revealed a snapshot of Meghan back when she was pregnant.

It comes as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex reportedly requested a delay to the show – putting them at loggerheads with Netflix chiefs.

The couple are understood to have wanted to push the controversial TV series back to 2023 amid backlash over the new series of The Crown.
