KATE Middleton’s photo has been used to sell face lifts by a Harley Street clinic that has been championed by Sarah Ferguson.

The Gabriela clinic used old pictures of the Duchess of Cambridge, 37, in promotional posts on its Instagram account, the Daily Mirror reported.

Fergie has tired out new treatments at the Harley Street clinic of her specialist, Polish-born Dr Gabriela Mercik (pictured together)

In the first, taken at Wimbledon five years ago, she wears little make-up while in the second, taken in 2017, she has a glamorous evening look.

Alongside the photos to entice skin clients, it read: “Imagination of natural look. We are doing procedures that you look like fresh you.”

Royal experts blasted the clinic favoured by Fergie for using images of the Duchess of Cambridge.

Ingrid Seward, editor-in-chief of Majesty Magazine, told the Mirror: “What is so blatantly awful in using these images is that prospective clients may be inclined to think that Kate has had a laser face-lift or other treatment from this company when she most certainly has not.”

It comes after Fergie this week made a glowing video tribute about the clinic’s services.

Last month the Duchess of York, who has recently turned 60, told the Daily Mail she has had considerable cosmetic surgery, including different forms of facelift.

The royal goes to Harley Street doctor Gabriela Mercik, who offers a “six-dimensional ultimate laser treatment facelift” for more than 3,000.

She said: “I’ve been her guinea pig with new treatments too. I’m really happy to be open about what I’ve had done.”

When the clinic was alerted to the photos of Kate, they removed them from their Instagram page.

They said: “There was no intention to cause any offence and the post including images of the Duchess of Cambridge will be removed from our Instagram page.”

Kensington Palace declined to comment.
