Prince Harry attended this morning’s event as a surprise

She continued of Harry’s surprise appearance: “Despite the assumption being that Harry turned up at the meeting with his wife in a last-minute decision to offer her emotional support and protection his body language suggested he was the one feeling rather vulnerable here.”

Judi added of the Duchess of Sussex that despite admitting she has not be “ok” in her role at times, she appeared “confident” today.

She said: “Meghan seems to be chairing the round table discussion and she sits forward with her hands on the table, speaking and gesticulation with confidence and passion.

“After the dramatic vulnerability on show verbally and non-verbally during their documentary, these signals suggest Meghan is now throwing herself into her work and her causes.

“Even when she touches the strands of hair around her face its less a self-comfort ritual and more a double-handed partial pit-bare gesture that can again suggest confidence.”
