THIS Morning’s presenters fought back tears as Holly Willoughby read out her children’s emotional letters to the Queen.
The 41-year-old took Harry, Belle and Chester – who she prefers to keep out of the public eye – to Buckingham Palace to lay flowers for Her Majesty.

She shared the sweet gesture on Instagram yesterday, but today on the ITV show opened up about the tributes her kids made.
The This Morning anchor told co-hosts Phillip Schofield, Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary they had penned their own heartfelt messages to the Queen.
Reading them aloud, the presenters all appeared emotional – and fought back tears as they listened to the sweet words.
Harry praised the queen for making people smile, Belle said they could have still been friends – even though she prefers Winnie the Pooh to Paddington Bear – and Chester who simply said: “Thank you for being our Queen.”
Alison said: “These letters are beautiful, Holly. Can I keep these copies?”
Tearing up, Dermot said: “These are destroying me. I don’t know how you’re doing it Holly.”
Holly replied: “I didn’t yesterday. I was in a right state.”
“She was the Queen of us, across all generations. Everyone has felt moved, you can’t not.”
Her Majesty died peacefully at the age of 96 on Thursday, with her family by her side.
Holly, who shares her kids with her TV producer husband Dan Baldwin, took to her Instagram page to share their poignant day.
She captured her trio thoughtfully looking at the hundreds of floral tributes left outside the palace before capturing only daughter Belle placing a card on top of a bouquet.
In her caption, the ITV host wrote: “Time to reflect and pay our respects… the children wrote the most beautiful words…
”
Her fellow This Morning co-stars were quick to respond, with Vanessa Feltz writing”: “We’ve just been. So emotional 
.”
Alison Hammond simply added: “
.”
One fan then added: “This is where my children laid their flowers. Lovely to see so many people paying their respects!”
Holly, alongside pop superstar Elton John, were the first to lead the celebrity tributes following the Queen’s death.
Following a sombre statement on Thursday, Buckingham Palace confirmed the longest-serving monarch in British history had passed away – making her son, Charles, King.
Holly wrote: “Thank you for your lifetime of service and humble commitment to duty.”
